Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 20–407","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class DBR license.\n(b) The license may be issued to a holder of a Class 5 brewery license.\n(c) The license serves as the on–premises consumption permit required under § 2–207(f) and (g) of this article.\n(d) The license holder may sell:\n(1) food and nonalcoholic beverages; and\n(2) beer brewed at the brewery for on– and off–premises consumption to the extent the license holder is allowed under the license holder’s Class 5 brewery license.\n(e) The Board shall adopt regulations to carry out this section and to set the annual license fee.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=20-407","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"567712b7dc9cb3efa7bfbee1a12a17e101d9cbeeeee790904d72df2efefeaa3d","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-20-406","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-20-408"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
