Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 20–905","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(b) The Board may issue the license for use by:\n(1) a nationally chartered fraternal, charitable, or veterans’ organization, regardless of how long the organization has been operating; or\n(2) any other club that has been operating for at least 3 years before the application for the license is made.\n(c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell at retail:\n(1) for on–premises consumption, beer, wine, and liquor at a club at the place described in the license; and\n(2) for off–premises consumption, collectible bottles of wine or liquor 30 calendar days before a special anniversary or special event.\n(d) The annual license fee is $600.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=20-905","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"6c039ea8ff9189f4a2df997047bc5c1f57ef969f519030f0fbfed4545bc357d6","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-20-904","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-20-906"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
