Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 21–1309","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board may issue a Class C multiple day beer license, beer and wine license, and beer, wine, and liquor license to a nonprofit organization for the following fees and license types:\n(1) $50 for a 2–day license;\n(2) $150 for a 6–day license; and\n(3) $300 for a 12–day license.\n(b) The license holder may hold another license issued by the Board that is of a different class or nature.\n(c) The Board is not required to hold a hearing before issuing a license under this section if a license holder anticipates attendance of fewer than 500 individuals at an event.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=21-1309","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"5844ce69ae83d6ec832df76d5159c95f2fdb504e3e1cbc28995da88a51d67cb8","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-21-1308","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-21-1310"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
