Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 22–1702","heading":"","body":"(a) On receipt of an application for a transfer of a license, the Board shall:\n(1) schedule a public hearing; and\n(2) post a notice of the hearing in a conspicuous place on the exterior of the premises described in the application.\n(b) The notice required under subsection (a) of this section shall:\n(1) be on a sign measuring not less than 12 by 18 inches;\n(2) specify the class of license subject to the application, name of the applicant, and time, date, and place of the hearing; and\n(3) remain posted for at least 20 days before the hearing.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=22-1702","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"6b6098f5222361ee18fbfae604bf9ffddfba48267ed8003324456897532aa129","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-22-1701","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-22-1703"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
