Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 22–806","heading":"","body":"(a) There is:\n(1) a Class C–1 beer and wine 6–day license; and\n(2) a Class C–1 beer and wine 7–day license.\n(b) (1) The Board may issue the license for use by a nonprofit association or corporation that:\n(i) is organized for patriotic or war veterans purposes; and\n(ii) has held regular meetings at an established headquarters for 1 year before the application for the license was made.\n(2) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine to a member of a nonprofit association or corporation and guests of members, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on–premises consumption.\n(c) The annual license fees are:\n(1) $150 for a 6–day license; and\n(2) $225 for a 7–day license.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=22-806","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"b4e723200f7d01edfac7435a3997d2262132e2d46f43a6e348201dfa6fc61792","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-22-805","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-22-807"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
