Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 22–905","heading":"","body":"(a) There is:\n(1) a Class BFD (fine dining) beer, wine, and liquor 6–day license; and\n(2) a Class BFD (fine dining) beer, wine, and liquor 7–day license.\n(b) (1) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor for on–premises consumption.\n(2) A license holder shall:\n(i) serve only full–course dinners at least 5 days a week;\n(ii) open the restaurant for business not later than 5 p.m.; and\n(iii) comply with the requirements of § 22–103 of this title.\n(c) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out under § 22–2004(d) of this title.\n(d) The Board shall adopt regulations to carry out this section.\n(e) The annual license fees are:\n(1) $2,500 for a 6–day license; and\n(2) $2,900 for a 7–day license.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=22-905","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"231ec1c49e6040692cae6380e2ec54486245fda0f60bb8fb8a5d12a0b50dd019","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-22-904","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-22-906"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
