Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 23–1004.2","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class MT (movie theater) beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(b) The Board may issue the license to the owner of a movie theater that holds a crowd control training certification.\n(c) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor at retail at the place described in the license for on–premises consumption by a patron who has purchased a ticket to a current or future showing of a movie on the licensed premises.\n(d) The Board may set:\n(1) the hours and days of sale for the license;\n(2) the annual license fee; and\n(3) any other limitations on and requirements for the license that the Board considers necessary.\n(e) The Board shall adopt regulations to carry out this section.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=23-1004.2","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"1efa3e77b7664eec09f4f504906e7ef86168c188d0efe1dab2c73d118df1633c","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-23-1004.1","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-23-1005"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
