Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 23–1901","heading":"","body":"(a) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 5 (“Conduct of Local License Holders”) of Division I of this article apply in the county without exception or variation:\n(1) § 4–502 (“Storage of alcoholic beverages”);\n(2) § 4–503 (“Solicitations and sales outside of licensed premises”);\n(3) § 4–506 (“Evidence of purchaser’s age”); and\n(4) § 4–508 (“Display of license”).\n(b) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 5 (“Conduct of Local License Holders”) of Division I of this article apply in the county:\n(1) § 4–504 (“Employment of underage individuals”), subject to § 23–1902 of this subtitle;\n(2) § 4–505 (“Alcohol awareness program”), subject to § 23–1903 of this subtitle; and\n(3) § 4–507 (“Retail delivery of alcoholic beverages”), subject to § 23–1904 of this subtitle.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=23-1901","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"8f0a56e9358cb1b6e90fb0d7aff0b446bc2f6c50573237d44f7ea2e09ebf7844","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-23-1805","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-23-1902"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
