Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 23–2502","heading":"","body":"(a) A person may not bring into a place of adult entertainment and consume or transfer alcoholic beverages, if the entertainment in the place is adult entertainment described in § 4–605 of this article.\n(b) A person who operates a place of adult entertainment may not allow a female entertainer to exhibit her breasts below the top of the areola or exhibit the cleft of her buttocks.\n(c) (1) A person who operates a place of adult entertainment who knowingly allows a violation of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $5,000 for each violation.\n(2) Each day of operation in violation of this section is a separate violation.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=23-2502","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"eac89fd5b54c674995c147b1bf6c4981f77ab0d8350af92cb65cebc6bba5f1ed","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-23-2501","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-23-2503"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
