Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 23–2703","heading":"","body":"(a) A license holder or an employee of a license holder who is charged with a violation of § 6–307 of this article:\n(1) shall receive a summons to appear in court on a certain day to answer the charges placed against the license holder or employee; and\n(2) may not be required to post bail pending trial in any court in the State.\n(b) The granting of probation before judgment to a license holder or an employee of the license holder for a violation of § 6–307 of this article does not bar the Board from proceeding administratively against the license holder for the violation.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=23-2703","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"effb8355b907f96d6b75b649d4c55ebdcf1adf468f570d536784087409b46b3d","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-23-2702","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-23-2704"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
