Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 25–1005","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a continuing care retirement community license.\n(b) The Board may issue the license for use by a club that:\n(1) is composed of residents of a continuing care retirement community that has obtained a certificate of registration from the Department of Aging under Title 10, Subtitle 4 of the Human Services Article;\n(2) has at least 50 members; and\n(3) has annual dues that average at least $5 per member.\n(c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell, at retail at the place described in the license, beer, wine, and liquor:\n(1) purchased from the Alcohol Beverage Services for the county;\n(2) for on–premises consumption; and\n(3) to a member or a guest accompanied by a member.\n(d) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 25–2005 of this title.\n(e) The annual license fee is $500.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=25-1005","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"73e3814224b2559efef38b96dd6d330263995abc5d9c4769b5f5535150d8945a","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-25-1004.1","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-25-1006"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
