Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 25–1301","heading":"","body":"(a) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 12 (“Temporary Licenses”) of Division I of this article apply in the county without exception or variation:\n(1) § 4–1202 (“Per diem licenses”);\n(2) § 4–1206 (“License to dispose of stock”);\n(3) § 4–1207 (“Temporary move of licensed premises”);\n(4) § 4–1208 (“Hours and days of sale”); and\n(5) § 4–1209 (“Wine permit for fund–raising event”).\n(b) Section 4–1205 (“License fees”) of Division I of this article does not apply in the county and is superseded by § 25–1311 of this subtitle.\n(c) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 12 (“Temporary Licenses”) of Division I of this article apply in the county:\n(1) § 4–1203 (“Class C per diem beer and Class C per diem beer and wine licenses”), subject to § 25–1302 of this subtitle; and\n(2) § 4–1204 (“Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license”), subject to § 25–1302 of this subtitle.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=25-1301","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"432a30eab7cefb8c55a05682db1f6c7f3c63c6bbd9784ea0d72675c96b9f8ae5","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-25-1202","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-25-1302"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
