Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 25–1504","heading":"","body":"(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, the Board may issue a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license to a license holder for a different part of the same premises or building in which an establishment with a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license is located.\n(b) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, a license holder shall meet all requirements of the respective licenses.\n(2) The term “financial interest” as used in § 4–109(a)(11) of this article does not apply to an applicant who is the owner of an interest in real property leased for another place of business where or for which a license has been applied for or issued.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=25-1504","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"fb0dfb637a38fd922feda5ae6064f63d83ae98532d43c1c8dba06751fb0edcaa","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-25-1503","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-25-1505"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
