Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 25–1702","heading":"","body":"(a) Before an application for a transfer of a license is granted, the Board shall:\n(1) schedule a public hearing; and\n(2) cause the posting of a suitable notice of the hearing in a conspicuous place on the premises described in the application.\n(b) The notice required under subsection (a) of this section shall:\n(1) specify the class of license subject to the application and the time, date, and place for the hearing; and\n(2) remain posted for at least 30 days before the hearing.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=25-1702","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"1f62201df89830438948e62e74322e13fd61a3fbd032cc614fad58648246901b","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-25-1701","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-25-1801"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
