Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 25–2101","heading":"","body":"(a) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 6 (“Revocation and Suspension of Local Licenses”) of Division I of this article apply in the county without exception or variation:\n(1) § 4–602 (“Power of local licensing board”);\n(2) § 4–603 (“Revocation and suspension procedures”); and\n(3) § 4–604 (“Grounds for revocation or suspension”).\n(b) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 6 (“Revocation and Suspension of Local Licenses”) of Division I of this article do not apply in the county:\n(1) § 4–605 (“Nudity and sexual displays”); and\n(2) § 4–606 (“Effects of revocation”), which is superseded by § 25–2102 of this subtitle.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=25-2101","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"285c545e97c96381931740963b3c42ec1db8a5114193db9f5f79655bc4e0049d","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-25-2005","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-25-2102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
