Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 25–501","heading":"","body":"(a) The following sections of Title 2, Subtitle 3 (“Wholesaler’s Licenses”) of Division I of this article apply in the county without exception or variation:\n(1) § 2–301 (“Licenses issued by Comptroller”);\n(2) § 2–307 (“Class 6 limited wine wholesaler’s license”);\n(3) § 2–308 (“Class 7 limited beer wholesaler’s license”);\n(4) § 2–309 (“Sale and delivery of beer or wine from wholesaler’s vehicle”);\n(5) § 2–310 (“Sale and delivery to retail license holder”);\n(6) § 2–311 (“Additional wholesaler’s licenses”);\n(7) § 2–312 (“Direct importation of alcoholic beverages”);\n(8) § 2–313 (“Sale or delivery restricted to holder of license or permit”);\n(9) § 2–315 (“Interaction between wholesaling entities and retailers”);\n(10) § 2–316 (“Distribution of alcoholic beverages — Prohibited practices”); and\n(11) § 2–317 (“Restrictive agreements between wholesalers and retailers — Prohibited”).\n(b) Section 2–314 (“Beer sale on credit to retail dealer prohibited”) of Division I of this article does not apply in the county.\n(c) The following sections of Title 2, Subtitle 3 (“Wholesaler’s Licenses”) of Division I of this article apply in the county subject to § 25–502 of this subtitle:\n(1) § 2–302 (“Class 1 beer, wine, and liquor wholesaler’s license”);\n(2) § 2–303 (“Class 2 wine and liquor wholesaler’s license”);\n(3) § 2–304 (“Class 3 beer and wine wholesaler’s license”);\n(4) § 2–305 (“Class 4 beer wholesaler’s license”); and\n(5) § 2–306 (“Class 5 wine wholesaler’s license”).","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=25-501","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"5ee89410e96d3dfeb319797bf2216f52e1ed1f96f8bebbe334d821beda6739cf","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-25-407","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-25-502"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
