Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 26–1014","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class B–Stadium (baseball stadium) beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(b) The Board may issue the license to:\n(1) the Maryland–National Capital Park and Planning Commission; or\n(2) a private concessionaire that is under contract with the Commission.\n(c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at retail to consumers for on–premises consumption in a baseball stadium owned or operated by the Maryland–National Capital Park and Planning Commission.\n(d) Profit from the sale of beer, wine, or liquor made by a license holder may accrue to the use of the Commission or the concessionaire.\n(e) The annual license fee is $2,420.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=26-1014","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"25dcce5c39dd002e0c29e9f0a17a224aa70cc1d20993d1714ec227bb93e8d459","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-1013","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-1015"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
