Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 26–1019","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class C (yacht club) beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(b) The application for the license shall be signed by at least one officer of the yacht club who is a resident, registered voter, and taxpayer of the county.\n(c) The Board may issue the license for the use of a yacht club that:\n(1) has at least 50 members paying dues of at least $75 per year per member; and\n(2) at the time of application for the license, maintains:\n(i) a clubhouse with a seating capacity of at least 100;\n(ii) slips or berths for at least 75 boats; and\n(iii) at least 5 acres.\n(d) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor for on–premises consumption by a member of the yacht club or a guest when accompanied by a member.\n(e) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 26–2004 of this title.\n(f) The license holder is not subject to the restrictions on the sale of beer, wine, and liquor on Sunday in § 26–2004(j)(2) of this title.\n(g) The annual license fee is $1,575.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=26-1019","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"609f727a1b4db2a8f217d0c620a37474b8ec9e53f72f23cfac29cb2444d238a9","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-1018.1","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-1101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
