Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 26–1307","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a beer and wine tasting license.\n(b) The Board may issue the license to a holder of a beer and wine (BW) license or a beer, wine, and liquor (BWL) license.\n(c) The license authorizes the holder to allow, for tasting, the consumption of:\n(1) beer; or\n(2) wine containing not more than 15.5% of alcohol by volume.\n(d) A license holder may serve to an individual a quantity of not more than:\n(1) 1 ounce from each offering of wine; or\n(2) 3 ounces from each offering of beer.\n(e) The Board shall set the annual license fee.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=26-1307","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"0e2426b46b4b0272ac3f19549639b639eee92c275590f3103ee5a6d8e279de53","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-1306","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-1308"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
