Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 26–1308","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a beer, wine, and liquor tasting (BWLT) license.\n(b) The Board may issue the license to a holder of a beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(c) The license authorizes the holder to allow the consumption of beer, wine, and liquor for tasting.\n(d) A license holder may serve to an individual a quantity of not more than:\n(1) 0.5 ounce of liquor from each offering and 1.5 ounces from all offerings of liquor in a day;\n(2) 1 ounce from each offering of wine; and\n(3) 3 ounces from each offering of beer.\n(e) The Board shall set the annual license fee.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=26-1308","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"354a0e90966b4d8a60b0c357b6ffb9bab9ad35fb8def73de5e0401689e8c2b4d","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-1307","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-1309"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
