Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 26–1313","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class C (3–day) beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(b) The Board may issue the license to a nonprofit organization that is exempt from taxation under § 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.\n(c) The Board may not issue a license to an organization:\n(1) for more than 3 consecutive days in a single calendar year; or\n(2) in 2 consecutive years.\n(d) A license holder may sell beer, wine, or liquor at National Harbor for on– and off–premises consumption.\n(e) (1) A license holder may purchase beer, wine, or liquor only from a licensed wholesaler.\n(2) A licensed wholesaler may donate alcoholic beverages to the license holder.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=26-1313","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"b7c3540e3dcc45014243f5553d22f76d63b31d113b68989e5d54ae5686bd235c","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-1312","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-1314"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
