Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 26–1314","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, for a Class C per diem beer license and a Class C per diem beer and wine license, the fee is $75 per day.\n(2) (i) For a club holding a gaming event, the fee is $100 per day.\n(ii) The fee under this paragraph shall be:\n1. paid by the club; and\n2. considered as part of the license fee of the club.\n(3) For a Class D (3–day) beer and wine license, the fee is $100 per day.\n(b) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, for a Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license, the fee is $200 per day.\n(2) (i) For a club holding a gaming event, the fee is $150 per day.\n(ii) The fee under this paragraph shall be:\n1. paid by the club; and\n2. considered as part of the license fee of the club.\n(3) For a Class C (3–day) beer, wine, and liquor license, the fee is $200 per day.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=26-1314","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"6b0a9fa651a531d0afcddf0a3a11804b693188016502f156b6923ec9aeccb307","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-1313","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-1401"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
