Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 26–1802","heading":"","body":"(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, to renew a license, a license holder shall file a license renewal application with the Board in accordance with the following schedule of renewal deadlines and license expiration dates:\n(1) for a Class A license, which shall expire on April 30, the application deadline is March 1;\n(2) for a Class B license, which shall expire on May 31, the application deadline is April 1; and\n(3) for a Class C and a Class D license, both of which shall expire on June 30, the application deadline is May 1.\n(b) The Board may extend the deadline by which a license holder must file a license renewal application.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=26-1802","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"94fe27152588cbef23887fded0854eb0594a9b9b3fd5184d00a266cd18571823","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-1801","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-1803"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
