Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 26–206.1","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) A member of the Board is subject to the restrictions on earned income that a filed candidate for election to the General Assembly, a member–elect of the General Assembly, and a member of the General Assembly are subject to under § 5–514(a)(1) of the General Provisions Article.\n(2) The Prince George’s County Board of Ethics may exempt a member of the Board from the provisions of paragraph (1) of this subsection in the same manner that the Joint Ethics Committee may exempt an individual from § 5–514(a)(1) of the General Provisions Article.\n(b) An action of a member, an inspector, or an employee of the Board is subject to State requirements of the Public Information Act under Title 4 of the General Provisions Article.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=26-206.1","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"78d5de3407f379f07d6347351fd218a466b9155b2b38340ae1d197936e473405","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-206","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-207"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
