Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 26–208","heading":"","body":"In addition to any powers set forth elsewhere in this article, the Board may adopt regulations:\n(1) regarding the presence of any individual under the age of 21 years on a premises licensed to sell alcoholic beverages;\n(2) regarding licensed premises and the conduct of business by license holders and their employees in relation to the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages;\n(3) to require the maintenance of records on the licensed premises by the license holder containing the names, addresses and ages of all individuals employed by the license holder on the premises; and\n(4) to maintain standards for sanitation and health, including provisions for:\n(i) adequate and sanitary facilities for consumption of alcoholic beverages;\n(ii) safe water and plumbing facilities;\n(iii) proper utensil cleaning and storage;\n(iv) refuse disposal and rodent control; and\n(v) the preparation and service of meals or other food with alcoholic beverages; and\n(5) to otherwise carry out this article.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=26-208","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"5eb7c39dee6fe5b03dec0b121b5348e135a38df4e6d2adc8a6370dea6fb4cbc3","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-207","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-209"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
