Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 26–2707","heading":"","body":"(a) An individual under the age of 21 years may not:\n(1) enter the premises of a license holder to obtain alcoholic beverages; or\n(2) possess alcoholic beverages.\n(b) An individual under the age of 18 years may not enter between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. the premises of the holder of a Class B or Class D beer license, a Class B or Class D beer and light wine license, or a Class B–WPL (waterfront pavilion) beer, wine, and liquor license unless the individual is in the company of a parent, the legal guardian, or the spouse of the individual.\n(c) The Board may adopt regulations regarding the presence of an individual under the age of 21 years on a licensed premises.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=26-2707","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"e0eee4ef8aabee915df4845b0f7a83f4a45a2fb43911e7e2ad11430398ef9bf6","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-2706","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-2708"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
