Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 26–403","heading":"","body":"(a) This section applies to a Class 7 micro–brewery license in the county.\n(b) The license may be issued only to the holder of:\n(1) a Class B beer, wine, and liquor (on–sale) license that is issued for use on the premises of a restaurant located in the county; and\n(2) a Class D alcoholic beverages license that is issued for use on the premises of the existing Class D license located in the 22nd alcoholic beverages district of the county.\n(c) In the 22nd alcoholic beverages district of the county only, for a holder of a Class D license the hours and days for retail sales under the Class 7 micro–brewery license are those established for a Class D license in the county.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=26-403","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"5fa6d0290d6e9397435d848122fb8cddb8683abe71c211aa82c970196d741251","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-402","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-26-404"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
