Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 27–1102","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board may issue a refillable container permit for draft beer to a holder of a Class A, Class B, Class C, or Class D license.\n(b) An applicant for the permit shall complete the form that the Board provides.\n(c) The hours of sale for the permit:\n(1) begin at the same time as those for the underlying license; and\n(2) end at midnight.\n(d) The annual permit fees are:\n(1) $50 for an applicant whose license has an off–sale privilege; and\n(2) $500 for an applicant whose license does not have an off–sale privilege.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=27-1102","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"f4dab2844320689d37a0ab03938809bf39c00ed5a16e8c196dbeccabfd9cdaf0","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-27-1101","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-27-1103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
