Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 27–1305","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a wine tasting (WT) license.\n(b) The Board may issue the license to a holder of a Class A beer and wine license or Class A beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(c) The license authorizes the holder to allow, for tasting, the on–premises consumption of wine that contains not more than 22% of alcohol by volume.\n(d) The license holder may serve:\n(1) not more than 2 ounces from each offering to an individual; and\n(2) not more than 4 ounces to an individual in a day.\n(e) In addition to the fee for any other license, the annual license fee is $100.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=27-1305","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"e73fac6c813d96d6165b16373a2567dacc083b686186396563a1144e38fdce06","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-27-1304","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-27-1306"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
