Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 28–1301","heading":"","body":"(a) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 12 (“Temporary Licenses”) of Division I of this article apply in the county without exception or variation:\n(1) § 4–1202 (“Per diem licenses”);\n(2) § 4–1206 (“License to dispose of stock”);\n(3) § 4–1207 (“Temporary move of licensed premises”);\n(4) § 4–1208 (“Hours and days of sale”); and\n(5) § 4–1209 (“Wine permit for fund–raising event”).\n(b) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 12 (“Temporary Licenses”) of Division I of this article do not apply in the county:\n(1) § 4–1203 (“Class C per diem beer and Class C per diem beer and wine licenses”), which is superseded by § 28–1309 of this subtitle;\n(2) § 4–1204 (“Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license”), which is superseded by § 28–1309 of this subtitle; and\n(3) § 4–1205 (“License fees”), which is superseded by § 28–1310 of this subtitle.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=28-1301","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"825591b06d78aab54ca7f44f48cb90c51d8849219e925e45f13c6838c20ee4de","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-28-1201","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-28-1304"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
