Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 29–1304","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Somerset County Maryland Wine Festival (SCMWF) license.\n(b) The Board may issue the license to a holder of a temporary alcoholic beverages license, Class 3 winery license, or Class 4 limited winery license.\n(c) The license authorizes the holder to display and sell wine that is produced and processed in the State.\n(d) A license holder shall display and sell wine:\n(1) at retail for on– and off–premises consumption; and\n(2) during the hours and days designated for the Somerset County Maryland Wine Festival.\n(e) The Board:\n(1) each year may choose 1 weekend during the months of May or June for the Somerset County Maryland Wine Festival; and\n(2) shall choose a location for the festival.\n(f) The license holder may hold another license of a different class or nature.\n(g) The license fee is $19.\n(h) The Board shall adopt regulations to carry out this section.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=29-1304","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"a602e6df16365d31903779d1bc2b2f95c759600dd1c0903722a727caba109165","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-29-1301","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-29-1305"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
