Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 29–2002","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) A holder of a 6–day Class A beer license may sell beer on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.\n(2) A holder of a 7–day Class A beer license may sell beer:\n(i) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and\n(ii) on Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.\n(b) A holder of a Class B beer license may sell beer:\n(1) on Monday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and\n(2) on Tuesday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.\n(c) A holder of a Class C beer license may sell beer:\n(1) on Monday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and\n(2) on Tuesday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.\n(d) A holder of a Class D beer license may sell beer:\n(1) on Monday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and\n(2) on Tuesday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=29-2002","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"1d0256d552b35d0743d2d0fe006e128feb0e02f4398c3068fcae136e29c3122e","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-29-2001","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-29-2003"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
