Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 29–2003","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) A holder of a Class A beer and wine license may sell beer and wine:\n(i) on Monday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and\n(ii) on Tuesday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.\n(2) A holder of a 7–day Class A beer and wine license may sell beer and wine on Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.\n(b) A holder of a Class B beer and wine license may sell beer and wine:\n(1) on Monday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and\n(2) on Tuesday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.\n(c) A holder of a Class C beer and wine license may sell beer and wine:\n(1) on Monday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and\n(2) on Tuesday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.\n(d) A holder of a Class D beer and wine license may sell beer and wine:\n(1) on Monday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and\n(2) on Tuesday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=29-2003","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"0e3290450df33320244e1402a0ed78137e9277c67fc3c5bcc4331ff39978fac9","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-29-2002","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-29-2004"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
