Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 3–106","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) A license for the use of a limited liability company shall be applied for and issued to, as individuals:\n(i) all of the authorized individuals, if the limited liability company has fewer than three authorized individuals; or\n(ii) three authorized individuals, if the limited liability company has three or more authorized individuals.\n(2) At least one of the authorized individuals shall:\n(i) be a resident of the State at the time the application is filed; and\n(ii) remain a resident of the State for the duration of time the license is in effect.\n(b) An application for a limited liability company license shall include:\n(1) the name, address, and signature of each authorized individual to whom the license shall be issued; and\n(2) the name and address of the limited liability company.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=3-106","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"1d13e7a8b72619d9f094a5c0957353053bf935f335fda1cdf9970f2872457d75","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-3-105","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-3-107"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
