Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 30–2002","heading":"","body":"(a) The holder of a Class A beer license may sell beer:\n(1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight; and\n(2) on Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.\n(b) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class B beer license may sell beer for on–premises consumption:\n(i) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight; and\n(ii) on Sunday, from 12:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.\n(2) The license holder may not sell beer at a bar or counter on Sunday.\n(c) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class C beer license may sell beer for on–premises consumption:\n(i) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight; and\n(ii) on Sunday, from 12:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.\n(2) The license holder may not sell beer at a bar or counter on Sunday.\n(d) Reserved.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=30-2002","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"74b9f463a7c94f082a574b7c648245183b2115949d97b96929d267b1196312ea","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-30-2001","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-30-2003"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
