Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 30–2004","heading":"","body":"(a) A holder of a Class A beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to midnight.\n(b) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor:\n(i) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and\n(ii) on Sunday, for consumption on the premises, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.\n(2) The license holder may not sell beer, wine, or liquor at a bar or counter on Sunday.\n(c) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, a holder of a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor:\n(i) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and\n(ii) on Sunday, for on–premises consumption, from 12:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.\n(2) The license holder may not sell beer, wine, or liquor at a bar or counter on Sunday.\n(d) Reserved.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=30-2004","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"c893478beff35bd828a1f55fbee93c6a13e9eb6692b398dffe827dc8bdb7c098","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-30-2003","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-30-2101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
