Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 31–1101","heading":"","body":"(a) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 11 (“Additional License Privileges”) of Division I of this article apply in the county without exception or variation:\n(1) § 4–1102 (“Corkage — Consuming wine not purchased from license holder on licensed premises”); and\n(2) § 4–1103 (“Removal of partially consumed bottle of wine from licensed premises”).\n(b) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 11 (“Additional License Privileges”) of Division I of this article apply in the county:\n(1) § 4–1104 (“Refillable container permit — Draft beer”), subject to § 31–1102 of this subtitle;\n(2) § 4–1105 (“Refillable container permit –– Wine”), subject to § 31–1102.1 of this subtitle; and\n(3) § 4–1106 (“Nonrefillable container permit –– Draft beer”), subject to § 31–1102.2 of this subtitle.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=31-1101","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"76d306525aa6f7c190245ab4ab8936d70e88c36b07e96d5034af262e4157510b","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-31-1007","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-31-1102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
