Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 31–1304","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Cumberland and Shenandoah Valley Wine Festival (C\u0026SVWF) license.\n(b) The Board may issue the license to a nonprofit Williamsport club that is chartered by an international service organization headquartered in the United States.\n(c) The license authorizes holders of a Class 3 winery license or a Class 4 limited winery license to display and sell wine that is manufactured and processed in the State at retail for on– and off–premises consumption.\n(d) The Board:\n(1) may choose 1 weekend each year for the festival in June, July, or August that does not conflict with the dates of the Maryland Wine Festival in Carroll County; and\n(2) shall choose a location that is not already licensed.\n(e) The Board shall set the license fee.\n(f) The Board shall adopt regulations to carry out this section.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=31-1304","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"e3f7534b473d10a23fa1622a8be9793d8a5ff9faabe6af360d434ac23a4e8774","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-31-1303","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-31-1305"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
