Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 32–1001.2","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class B–Conference Center license.\n(b) The Board may issue a license for use by a conference center that has:\n(1) a minimum capacity of 500 individuals;\n(2) a kitchen;\n(3) dining space; and\n(4) meeting space.\n(c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor for on–premises consumption to individuals attending a conference center event.\n(d) An existing Class B license may be amended to one for conference center use.\n(e) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license under § 32–2005 of this title.\n(f) The annual license fee is $1,500.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=32-1001.2","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"7e754b70cf3e3160968923be8c2e9d82f158474d97eda5d421c1091838ba22c9","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-32-1001.1","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-32-1001.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
