Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 32–1003","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class B beer, wine, and liquor (golf course) license.\n(b) The Board of License Commissioners may issue the license for the use of a golf course or organization that:\n(1) is open to the public;\n(2) is operated for profit;\n(3) owns real estate in the county; and\n(4) has a golf course with a minimum of 18 holes.\n(c) (1) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor for consumption on the land and in the buildings, including the clubhouse, used for golfing purposes.\n(2) A patron need not be seated to be served.\n(d) A holder of the license may sell beer, wine, and liquor:\n(1) on Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and\n(2) on Sunday, from 10 a.m. to midnight.\n(e) The annual license fee is $2,200.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=32-1003","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"005cb429b323813fbcf324eabf418da65693aab6dea3289868102afefeb6f51d","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-32-1002","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-32-1004"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
