Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 32–1102","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board may issue a refillable container permit for draft beer to a holder of any license issued by the Board except a Class C license, Class D license, Class B–Conference Center license, and Class B–Stadium license.\n(b) An applicant for the permit shall complete the form that the Board provides.\n(c) The hours of sale for the permit:\n(1) begin at the same time as those for the underlying license; and\n(2) end at midnight.\n(d) Receipts collected under the permit are to be included in the calculation of average daily receipts from the sale of alcoholic beverages under a Class B restaurant license, Class B hotel license, and Class B golf course license.\n(e) The annual permit fee is $500.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=32-1102","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"e6ba2fd579b41a47c72b2f1c4843b95a439ceeb0a03fa558ee23ebfbc070c1a4","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-32-1101","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-32-1103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
