Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 32–1103","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board may issue a nonrefillable container permit for draft beer to a holder of any license issued by the Board except a Class C license, Class D license, Class B–Conference Center license, and Class B–Stadium license.\n(b) An applicant for the permit shall complete the form that the Board provides.\n(c) The hours of sale for the permit:\n(1) begin at the same time as those for the underlying license; and\n(2) end at midnight.\n(d) Receipts collected under the permit are to be included in the calculation of average daily receipts from the sale of alcoholic beverages under a Class B restaurant license, Class B hotel license, and Class B golf course license.\n(e) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, the annual permit fee is $500.\n(2) An applicant who has a refillable container permit may not be charged a fee for a nonrefillable container permit.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=32-1103","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"e53e56d8976651228144a18936280be8e691c03d60b042635b47b70b1caf9e42","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-32-1102","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-32-1104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
