Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 32–1304","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a beer festival license.\n(b) (1) The Board may issue the license to a holder of a Class 5 brewery license, Class 6 pub–brewery license, Class 7 micro–brewery license, or Class 8 farm brewery license.\n(2) Each manufacturer that participates in the beer festival shall obtain a beer festival license.\n(c) The license authorizes the holder to display and sell beer owned and manufactured by the license holder.\n(d) A license holder shall display and sell beer:\n(1) at retail for on–premises consumption; and\n(2) during the hours and days designated for the festival.\n(e) (1) The Board may designate the number of times during a calendar year that the license may be issued.\n(2) The festival shall be held at a location that is not already licensed.\n(f) The license may be in effect for not more than 3 consecutive days.\n(g) The license holder may hold another license of a different class or nature.\n(h) The license fee is $50 per day.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=32-1304","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"be85f43de37e819654c1e214b11469f3b1a3f22eff6c3d941197e3447910fac9","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-32-1301","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-32-1305"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
