Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 32–1403","heading":"","body":"(a) If a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company is a partner of a partnership applying for a license, the application shall state:\n(1) the name of each owner of more than 33% of the stock in the corporate partner;\n(2) the name of each owner of more than 33% of ownership interest of the partnership partner; or\n(3) the name of each member with more than a 33% interest in the limited liability company partner.\n(b) (1) An application for a stadium beer and wine license for a partnership shall be made by and the license issued to three individuals who:\n(i) shall be authorized in writing to apply for and hold the license on behalf of the partnership; but\n(ii) are not required to be partners.\n(2) One of the three individuals who applies for a license shall be a resident and registered voter of the county at the time the application is filed.\n(3) The name of each partner shall be stated on the application.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=32-1403","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"655a557f425010dcb7153ce52038aeeec77b3a132cc3afbc9c568e200edc84a2","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-32-1402","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-32-1404"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
