Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 32–204","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) The chair of the Board shall receive $5,000 annually.\n(2) Each other member of the Board shall receive $4,000 annually.\n(b) Subject to this section and § 32–205 of this subtitle, the Board may:\n(1) employ:\n(i) a secretary;\n(ii) inspectors; and\n(iii) clerical and other assistants as are necessary; and\n(2) set the compensation of the employees.\n(c) (1) The Board may designate an attorney for the Board.\n(2) The annual salary of the attorney:\n(i) is $10,000; and\n(ii) shall be provided in the county budget.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=32-204","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"acb32a14f0542504c289fc5e5bb8157f7b017df5290728e8f4aec1d9debfd92b","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-32-203","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-32-205"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
