Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 32–2601","heading":"","body":"(a) The following sections of Title 6, Subtitle 2 (“Enforcement”) of Division I of this article apply in the county without exception or variation:\n(1) § 6–202 (“Inspections”);\n(2) § 6–203 (“Use of equipment to measure quantity and quality of alcoholic beverages”);\n(3) § 6–204 (“Power to summon witnesses”);\n(4) § 6–205 (“Peace officers”);\n(5) § 6–206 (“Charging document for unlawful sale of alcoholic beverage”);\n(6) § 6–207 (“Display of alcoholic beverages as prima facie evidence of sale”);\n(7) § 6–208 (“Regulating possession or consumption of alcohol in public places”);\n(8) § 6–209 (“Adoption of standards for authorization of consumption”); and\n(9) § 6–210 (“State preemption of local disorderly intoxication laws”).\n(b) Section 6–211 (“Fines and forfeitures”) of Division I of this article applies in the county, subject to §§ 32–2612 and 32–2613 of this subtitle.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=32-2601","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"0f9f91b82d3e6a3624005665e29f3e367f2a3a140ec71c78855d144d88167ba3","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-32-2502","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-32-2602"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
