Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 33–1002","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class C (golf course) beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(b) The Board may issue the license for use by a golf course or organization that:\n(1) is open to the public;\n(2) is operated for profit;\n(3) owns real estate in the county; and\n(4) has a golf course with a minimum of 18 holes.\n(c) (1) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor for consumption on the land and in the buildings that are part of the golf course.\n(2) A patron need not be seated to be served.\n(d) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 33–2005 of this title.\n(e) The annual license fee is $2,625.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=33-1002","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"a62b0e255b7aaa81d67218e143b91d06a90cfeaa5dd035a912400a46ddde96d5","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-33-1001","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-33-1003"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
