Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 33–1101","heading":"","body":"(a) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 11 (“Additional License Privileges”) of Division I of this article apply in the county without exception or variation:\n(1) § 4–1102 (“Corkage — Consuming wine not purchased from license holder on licensed premises”); and\n(2) § 4–1103 (“Removal of partially consumed bottle of wine from licensed premises”).\n(b) Section 4–1105 (“Refillable container permit –– Wine”) of Title 4, Subtitle 11 (“Additional License Privileges”) of Division I of this article does not apply in the county.\n(c) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 11 (“Additional License Privileges”) of Division I of this article apply in the county:\n(1) § 4–1104 (“Refillable container permit — Draft beer”), subject to § 33–1103 of this subtitle; and\n(2) § 4–1106 (“Nonrefillable container permit –– Draft beer”), subject to § 33–1104 of this subtitle.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=33-1101","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"ffaf3ac749b6d98cb51ae59462d225386dad9c704eed6a34d1d1c6d58aa1770f","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-33-1005","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-33-1102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
