Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 33–1103","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board may issue a refillable container permit for draft beer to a holder of a Class B or Class D license.\n(b) Before the Board issues the permit to an applicant, the applicant shall:\n(1) complete the form that the Board provides; and\n(2) pay an annual permit fee of $500.\n(c) The hours of sale for the permit:\n(1) begin at the same time as those for the underlying license; and\n(2) end at midnight.\n(d) Receipts collected under the permit shall be included in the calculation of average daily receipts from the sale of alcoholic beverages under a Class B restaurant license and a Class B hotel license.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=33-1103","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"5112fcbcbdec507ec8aa63ba905db7407f6664a7550a631e08032ca57ea1d602","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-33-1102","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-33-1104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
