Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 33–1104","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board may issue a nonrefillable container permit for draft beer to a holder of a Class B license or a Class D license.\n(b) (1) Before the Board issues the permit to an applicant, the applicant shall:\n(i) complete the form that the Board provides; and\n(ii) except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, pay an annual permit fee of $500.\n(2) An applicant who has a refillable container permit may not be charged a fee for a nonrefillable container permit.\n(c) The hours of sale for the permit:\n(1) begin at the same time as those for the underlying license; and\n(2) end at midnight.\n(d) Receipts collected under the permit shall be included in the calculation of average daily receipts from the sale of alcoholic beverages under a Class B restaurant license and a Class B hotel license.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=33-1104","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"147a3a7101411e47f80d17e813addd6d509e4c8e14c3a0932ab70e2e7ad9b470","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-33-1103","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-33-1201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
